Yingkou Xiaoyu Integrated Houses Co., Ltd., located in Yingkou Economic and Technology Development Zone (just 145km to Dalian City), specializes in manufacturing log houses and North American 2 x 4 wooden frame houses for 6 years. Good design, careful work and accurate delivery are our operating principles. We have a forest farm in Russia, a timber dried and processing workshop in Manzhouli city (near the border of China and Russia) and a 10,000-square-meter factory in Yingkou city. So we can supply first class material (Russian pine) at competitive price to our customers. The log house can be designed as a bungalow block in an urban area, a backwoods cabin in the mountains, a detached house in a rural area and a home for recreational purposes. The wall size we designed is 105mm (thickness) x 175mm (high) and other wall thickness from 40mm to 135mm can also be selected if you want. We have our model houses in Dalian city, and we have exported our log houses to England in 2005. We also have CCA and ACQ treated timber production lines with annual output of 2,000 cubic meters.
